24h / 12h

I might be really bad at searching, but i couldn't find anything about setting Argus up for 24h time format. Both the web-interface and consoles use 12 am/pm format. Can this be adjusted?

Depending on your media portal settings as described in this page

Media portal uses the same settings from windows.
Perhaps you can change your windows settings?

I don't get it. Mediaportal? I just use Argus for recording backend and XBMC as frontends.

Oops you didn't mention XBMC and I didn't ask. Sorry for that.
Still the question remains, did you try changing the default time settings of the windows machine that is hosting argus?

Or perhaps check config of time in XBMC? If it's XBMC related I can't really help you
