Missing channels

Hi I'm in Brisbane Australia and I'm missing all the channel 9 DTV channels. I think they're around 191 mhz but Argus doesn't find any. It does however find all other channels. Is this an issue with Argus?

Using Mediaportal I get no channel 9 and its derivatives. Using Argus I get channel 9/derivatives but no SBS or Seven (and it's derivatives).

Can someone help? I'm stumped here..

Brisbane -
Seven is 177.500 Mhz
and
SBS is 184.500 Mhz

I used to get all channels

update: I copied and pasted the latest tuning xmls but no change
