ArgusTV services makes Windows not to shutdown

Hi all,

I've a computer in with I use Argus TV and works ok, my problem is that computer gets hanged when I shutdown it. I've try to disable the three services of ArgusTV in msconfig and with them disabled computer shutdown correcly.

Is this problem known? Anyone could help me to solve it?
