Argus Errors in Windows Event Logs - Please help

Hi,

I just built a new Windows 8.1 machine, updated it with the latest updates from MS. Installed SQLServerExpress2014. Installed VLC, HD HomeRun, Argus 2.3. Ran recorder console configured HD Homerun, scanned for channels, imported a guide.xml and linked my channels. Installed WebGrab+ and updated EPG. Everything fine till I rebooted.

I started getting ARGUS Errors everytime I reboot in the Argus Logs and Windows Event logs.

I wanted to see what was happening - so I cleared out all the event logs and again rebooted.

I have a bunch of informational messages about MSSQLServer starting and then the UWS starting and ARGUS Scheduler starting. Then I have these Argus errors both in the Argus Logs as well as in the windows event logs.

I am attaching all the logs. Please help.

PS: All EPG settings are off - The only way my Program guide is updated is through XMLTV file import.
