Manually add services

I finally have Argus working very well and interfacing with Kodi. With that said, it is not scanning and pulling the NBC affiliate here in Philadelphia. It clearly detects a station, but it doesn't add it. I verified several times that the station works and works well with the HDHomerun app. Is there a way to manually add this station?

Allow me to clarify a few things. The station is KYW-TV (a CBS affiliate, not a NBC affiliate like I previously stated). I'm not sure if that helps anyone or not.

I'm not sure what else to do. I scanned it with ATSC and it clearly shows that there is good signal strength, but it doesn't ever detect anything. Out of desperation, I tried scanning with the 3 different QAM options (even though I'm only using an antenna and not cable). Ironically it picked up a few stations (this baffled me, but I don't truly understand all that stuff).
