Help needed - accidentally deleted guide channels!

Hope someone can help with this. I accidentally deleted my guide channels in the scheduler console. The recorder console is grabbing the EGP from the channels but the guide channels are not reappearing in the scheduler console. Does anyone know how I can get them to appear again?
