flush buffer files on stop stream

Hi

I've got a temperamental issue whereby the timeshift buffer is not cleared once the stream is stopped. Normally, while running on an HDD this would not be an issue but as I use a Ramdisk it would fill up rather quick every time this happens.

Does Argus Recorder flush the timeshift buffer on stream end? If not, is this something that could be added?
