Test button to preview a channel from the 'Services' config

Add a 'Preview' button to start a stream with the selected service.
This can be really useful when setting up services/channels!

I run across this missing function every couple of months, when Sky changes transponders. Then I've got loads of duplicate services and it's a real pain in the ... back to find the new one.
