Mediaportal 1.3 released

Does anyone have any guides/experiences with installing MP 1.3 along with Argus on the client (in a multiseat setup).

Is the current release of Argus certified against Media Portal 1.3? IF so I'm going to install it asap

The current beta release will probably work just fine. The current public release won't work, too many major changes in MediaPortal.

A stable public release shouldn't be too far away with any luck.

Beta releases are available to donators (they're the folks with the gold names)

Just tried the new 1.3 final with Argus 2.0.2 Beta 2 (donator).

edit: Oh well, with the TV Server that is. Didn't install MediaPortal itself yet.

Currently using MP 1.2.3 with TVServer 1.3 and Argus 2.0.2 beta2

Got it all setup and working fine, and initial feeling is all is good in TV Land

Got Multiseat, Argus 2.0.2 Beta on the server and MP 1.3 Final on the client.

I'm currently running the previous 2.0.1 beta 2 and MP 1.3 final.

I'm having an issue where the MP Config console complains every time I close it. Something about the host HTPC001 (local machine name) isn't available to the (MP) TV client, do I want to review the settings.

It doesn't seem to affect anything other than the closing of the config console.

Anyone else seeing this?

Yes. Looks to me like it's a bug in MP though.

Whilst there is a dummy plugin used, this error will now always appear.

Annoying I know, but realistically with more and more config options appearing inside MP's gui, this behaviour will be pretty limited except for first time setups.
