For Argus 2.3 you don't have to do anything if the plugin was configured correctly (incl. user/password)
With 13.2 b2 I have at least one thing vanished in Argus PVR plugin: the on-screen info that a (deactivated) recording was finished
After adding the server as SMB connection, it worked. Tnx for your help!
