Start Position For Playback of Recordings

When you start playing a recording back in MediaPortal, instead of starting at the very beginning of the recording, it starts at the point after the pre-padding. In Kodi, it doesn't seem to recognise this.

e.g. if a recording is scheduled via the EPG for a show that starts at 8:32PM, it begins recording at 8:29PM, when you play it from the beginning in MediaPortal (either while in-progress or after it has completed recording), it will commence from the 8:32PM point (i.e. 3 mins after the start of the actual recording). When you play from the beginning in Kodi, it will commence from the 8:29PM point (the very start of the recording).

Is that marker a watched point? If so, Kodi seems to be ignoring it - perhaps because it's too early in the recording? I have seen some settings about this in the Videos section, but they don't seem to apply/work for the PVR.

If it isn't a watched point in the traditional sense (as it doesn't seem to be), then Kodi doesn't seem to recognise it.

Is there any way to have Kodi act the way MP does for this?
