Please add support for PVR timeshift infolabels

2015-07-20 PVR timeshift infolabels
skinners now have the option to add a timeshift indicator to the video osd for live tv.
the following infobool has been added:and these new infolabels are now available:
- PVR.IsTimeshift
- PVR.TimeshiftStart
- PVR.TimeshiftEnd
- PVR.TimeshiftCur
- PVR.TimeshiftProgress
