Is it possible to use WOL in the app? And somehow I don't see the icons of the channels in the IOS app, is there a way to update this?

I am really missing this app since i upgraded to ios8.
It seems the argus tv app has been unavailable forever.
Can we get some kind of idea if we should continue to hope for its return?

Actually it should work under iOS eight.
I do run the application with my iPad and my iPhone under iOS eight
The only problem is I experience is that the credentials are not stored anymore.
It is needed that you log in several times with one use but different features.

Did you ever try the argus web interface on the iPad? For me it's got the same user experience and doesn't suffer from a strange tv grouping issue I've got.

Ok i am willing to try the app in ios 8. But the link to download it is gone. How can i get my hands on it?

Also how do we access the web interface? I dont remember installing that feature. Do i have have to reinstall?

Depends on what you installed, from the wiki:

After the installation, open your web browser, and navigate to the following url: (when browsing from a different machine replace ‘localhost’ with the name of the server where you installed ARGUS TV):
http://localhost:42080 (in case of a Cassini installation – the default)

Now it got worse.
Since upgrading to iOS 8.1.1 it does not work anymore.
App does not start an install fails.

Hello Caesium,

Many thanks for this great application which I have been using for a long time.

It has been working perfectly on my iPads and iPhones but since upgrading to iOS 8 problems have started to show. First the application didn't start and at the end I had to reinstall it, but with the latest iOS 8.1 it is not possible to install the 0.25 version at all.

I have tried with both the http:// and https:// option for the cae.me.uk site but the installation always stops after a while with a message saying that the application can't be downloaded/installed. I have tried on 2 iPhone6 and on an iPad Air + an iPad Air2.

Can you update the application so that we can use it with Ios 8.1?

Girlfriend is driving me crazy because she can't schedule stuff on her phone anymore. Any plans for an update? :)
