[SOLVED] Scan on specific frequency did not return channel

Post by BlackBurn » Tue Nov 26, 2013 9:23 am

Since a few days the channel "RTL5 HD" is moved to a new frequency, according to my provider and King Of Sat, the new specifications are.

Code: Select all

Astra 3B	11856.00	V	72	Europe	DVB-S2	8PSK	27500 2/3	CANALDIGITAAL, 54.5 Mbps 	NID:3	TID:3208

RTL 5 HD	The Netherlands	General	Canal Digitaal	Mediaguard 3
Nagravision 3	7023	523 	83 ned 	2523 	523 	33 	2013-11-14 +
The satellites.xml contains the following rule:

Code: Select all

<transponder frequency="11856000" symbol_rate="27500000" polarization="1" fec_inner="2" system="1" modulation="2"/>
Unfortunately when I do a scan, to let Argus find the moved channel, I only get the message, that nothing is found or changed.

The strange thing however is, that the specs are the same for another channel "RTL4 HD", which is working perfectly fine.

Anyone a clue or an idea how to solve this?

If it is broke, fix it. If it ain't broke, make it better!

Shift+hide the service to delete it, then scan the frequency again.

Should solve it.
You can fix it, or you can fix it until it's broken. I usually choose the latter.

Server: WHS 2011. Hauppauge HVR 2200. Avermedia A835. ArgusTV Server. EPG Collector.
Clients: Win7 64bit. MediaPortal. ArgusTV Client. StreamedMP.
