I wonder how the coding of a config file should affect the match.

Anyway, saved as UTF-8.

Code: Select all

2012-12-18 19:44:48 [7] DEBUG GuideEnricher.tvdb.TvdbLibAccess - Language: de
2012-12-18 19:44:49 [7] DEBUG GuideEnricher.tvdb.TvdbLibAccess - SD-TvDb: Search for Die Pinguine aus Madagascar return 0 results
2012-12-18 19:44:49 [7] DEBUG GuideEnricher.tvdb.TvdbLibAccess - Cannot find series ID for Die Pinguine aus Madagascar
2012-12-18 19:44:49 [7] DEBUG GuideEnricher.tvdb.TvdbLibAccess - SD-TvDb: Search for Magnum return 1 results
2012-12-18 19:44:49 [7] DEBUG GuideEnricher.tvdb.TvdbLibAccess - SD-TvDb: Could not find series match: Magnum renamed Magnum
2012-12-18 19:44:49 [7] DEBUG GuideEnricher.tvdb.TvdbLibAccess - Cannot find series ID for Magnum
Language seems to be set correctly.
Why is "Magnum" renamed to "Magnum"?
And why couldn't series ID be found despite search returned 1.

Questions over Questions ....

Would be great if there was a easy way of avoiding some series being totally renamed incorrectly,
example "Charmed" series 2" is getting renamed to everything from series 1, which then fails to record, as series 1 has already been recorded.

Same goes for most TV series, they all get named as S01xxx, and name in title changes to reflect that :(

Could you post log files of when Charmed series 2 gets all the names from series 1?

Sorry MicF, I din't have time to look into your issue. It will have to wait until I get home (and actually have some time).

Hello sjeffrey,
My problem was not the config, the problem was the episodescanner. I clean up the database and stop the episodescanner and everything works fine.

But now I have the same problem luetty have the schedule history does not work any more.
