Argus TV Notifier - Refused https connection

For anyone who is trying to work out how to fix the error with Argus TV Notifier -- Refused https connection to unknown user ''
This is how I finally fixed it.

The error itself shows up in the Scheduler logs located at C:\ProgramData\ARGUS TV\Logs
To fix you need to enter the correct user account and password for the HTTPS connection by right clicking on the Argus TV Notifier icon in the system tray.

But what if you are unsure of the correct username and password.

You can discover the correct credentials by navigating to C:\Program Files (x86)\ARGUS TV\Web Access and open the file web.config with notepad. Navigate to the bottom of the file and you will discover name="AuthenticationUserName" references the correct username and name="AuthenticationPassword" references the correct password.

Use these credentials to enter the correct username and password.
