EPG shows only title not details on certain providers.

Hello I am having a strange problem with epg on certain providers. Although the information is being sent from the provider (I can see it under my dreambox using the same dish and cable), argus tv only shows the title and the genre of the movie/show. On other providers argus tv receives and displays all the information.

I tried using different settings but the result is always the same. Does anybody has a clue about what is causing the problem and how can I solve it?

After searching for some time I still can not find a solution/reason for this. Perhaps someone with more knowledge can clarify things.
