If you're talking about the Recorder database, just delete the sdf file.

If you're talking about the Scheduler database, you could use:
- in case of Microsoft SQL Server use Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express Edition.
- in case of MySQL use MySQL Workbench.

In any of these 2 GUI's, drop the ARGUSTV database.

But why would you want to do that anyway? If you want to get rid of channels, just remove channels through the Scheduler Console.
ARGUS TV + Recorder, 4 x FloppyDTV DVB-C, Smargo Smartreader Plus, MDAPI Plus, ACamd, OSCam, Win7 x64.

As for the scheduler database. Here is a wiki article I have conveniently created :)

Please let me know how it goes and if it needs tweaking.
Thanks, that did the trick.

Finally a functioning recording system again.

I just hope that a next upgrade will be more seamless....
