If you're talking about the Recorder database, just delete the sdf file.
If you're talking about the Scheduler database, you could use:
- in case of Microsoft SQL Server use Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express Edition.
- in case of MySQL use MySQL Workbench.
In any of these 2 GUI's, drop the ARGUSTV database.
But why would you want to do that anyway? If you want to get rid of channels, just remove channels through the Scheduler Console.
