I am not sure either. With the Digital Devices hardware comes a Control Panel applet which let you associate a CAM (a CI slot) with one or more tuners. In DVBlink, there is nothing else to do.

I can't verify at this moment, because the system is in use with DVBlink.

In Argus, there is a value called Card Limit, but I don't know where to set it. In both Recorder.Card-x.log files (in the zip that I uploaded earlier) there is a line about having detected a CI, so I would assume that the configuration is OK.

Today there were other priorities. I hope to be able to test again tomorrow.

If you have a fixed cam, then in the recorder console you should be able to configure this. This is the argus recorder console.

The only thing I could find is the CAM limit, which I changed to 1, since that is what the DD hardware supports.

The FTA channels show the same behavior as the others. Kodi tries for about 2 minutes and then gives up with an unknown error.

I have new log files attached.

Reading this again for iPad, did you look into the logs of the tuners? From my experience these also have log files.

Also you are sure that the used smart card is functioning correct and has the right license etc?

Well, I assumed that all log files are in the same folder. And I zipped all of them in the attachment to my post.
Are they in an other location?

I am pretty sure that my CI/CAM/Smartcard are in working order. I am normally using DVBlink and with that package everything works, although with some serious problems. Because of these problems I am trying to get Argus working, to see if the problems are with DVBlink, as opposed to Kodi or Windows.

Hi the logs from the tuner are not in the same folder. Your DVblink remark indeed suggest that the smart card setup works.
I'll have a look at the new logs. But if any one else can contribute please do, because I'm running out of options

I have not found any other Argus TV related log files. Please provide a hint where to look!

The Recorder.log file contains records of errors with extensive trace information. Someone familiar with the Argus sources should be able to say something about it. Anyone, please?

Almost two weeks now. Is there really nobody here who can shed some light?

For me this is an absolute show stopper. Argus TV seems promising to me. But it just does not work with Kodi.
