Live stream timeout

If, in the scheduler console, I create a new stream and then try to watch it using VLC, it times out after about 30 seconds.

Argus obviously doesn't realise the stream is being consumed and terminates it.

Two questions:

Q1. Why does this happen when I'm watching it via VLC (started separately rather than from the scheduler)

Q2. Can I remove/extend this idle timeout in Argus?
