Scheduler say recording failed because of conflict?

The Scheduler seems to indicate that a future recording will fail because of a recording conflict. But I don't see any other recording at the same time that could be causing the issue.... Has anyone come across this?

Okay, this seems to be related to the "Only Record Episodes Once" setting on the schedule.

The episodes being skipped are not a repeat so not sure what's going on could just be some issues with the EPG data.

If I edit the schedule and then untick the "Episodes Once" setting then it looks to be okay. Just FYI for anyone else :-)
