Guide Importer 2.3 RC+ SchedulesDirect - Nothing happens

I'm trying to get the ARGUS TV - Guide Importer 2.3 RC+ tool to work with SchedulesDirect, but I am completely stuck. I configure with the SchedulesDirect importer plugin, enter my login info, and then hit "refresh channels". Nothing happens. It briefly says "Calling SchedulesDirect WebService", with a little bit of green in the progress bar, and then stops. No error.

What am I doing wrong? I have the rest of ARGUS TV working properly- I have live streams and my channels set up. Just can't get EPG to work.

Also, where is this mythical TV Guide Importer installation guide? I see it referenced everywhere, but I can't find it for the life of me.

Also having this same issue has anyone been able to set this up successfully? Any tips on additional things that might need to be installed or configured?

Did you setup your TV provider and channels on SchedulesDirect before trying to import?
