Recorder Console: "One or more errors occurred."

Fresh install. Windows 10. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything three times trying to get this to work. Every time, once I finish installation of ArgusTV 2.3 I get the error "One or more erros occured." when launching the Recorder Console for the first time. The Scheduler Console opens with no problems. No errors from the tray icon.
