[no bug]Pre/Post record time check boxes not honored

I have default pre/post record times of 1 and 5 mins enabled in the general settings. When I schedule a manual recording via the 2.1 Scheduler Console, the default pre/post record times are added to the total record time even though they appear disabled (the check boxes beside each interval are not filled, and the interval text is greyed out). I've tried 'cycling' the check boxes to enabled then back to disabled and they still take effect.

The check boxes allow you to override the default times. If you want no pre/post record, check the boxes and set them to zero
