DiSEqC doesnt work on my Pinnacle PCTV 7010ix

I added some lnb on my dish and DiSEqC settings worked fine on my test computer with a terratec DVB-S card.

On my product computer, I have a Pinnacle PCTV 7010ix (2x DVB-T + 2x DVBS) I use a BlackGold 3540 driver.
The begining was promising: Argus recorder scan very well my new channels on all satellites but when I want to watch a channel other than on the 1st satellite I have a no signal error message.

I found a explanation of the problem for this specific card on MediaPortal forum: The DiSEqC command must be send after the graph build

I tried TV-Server 1.7.1 as recorder but it's worse: Even the scan doesnt works.

I have 3 options:
1) hope that you find time in a reasonnable delay to make a special fix.
2) Find the time and the courage to patch TV-Server...
3) Find the money to replace my 2x DVB-T + 2x DVBS on 1 pci-e slot by a the Digital Devices eqivalent for 400€

I didnt remember exactly why, I switched from TVServer to Argus recorder a long time ago.
But after some tuner crashs and of course the whole TVServer crash in the occasion , I hope dot-i will find some time to include a fix in Argus recorder
