2.3 RC very slow to connect

Recently upgraded from MediaPortal 1.6 to 1.9, and Argus 2.2.2 to 2.3 RC

Experiencing very slow connection of clients, either through the notifier or scheduler console.

Can take up to a minute before anything happens.

Prior to the upgrade, everything connected instantly. Nothing else was changed / updated, just MP and Argus upgrade install.

As it was working OK previously, I'm putting this in as a bug.

Server config:
Win 7 64 Bit (Enterprise)
MediaPortal 1.9
Argus 2.3 RC
Running MP as recorder, Argus recorder not installed
No firewall

Client config:
Win 7 64 Bit (Enterprise)
Argus 2.3 RC
No firewall

I can add a "Me too". I found that switching TV-server to MP while keeping Argus scheduler improved things, at least most of the time. I still get long connection times from time to time.
