Excesive CPU usage

Hi all,
I'm not sure if it's a bug or a problem, but I've detect it in many computers.
The problem is argustv services uses a very high percentage of the CPU in some computers. This high CPU load is on the argustv services and also in rundll32.exe.
Just now with a Intel i5 3,2 Ghz argusTV and rundll32.exe takes up to 50% of CPU!. If I run Cinebench32 the result is the half that it should and the cinebench32 can't take more than 60%.
If I uninstall ArgusTV the problem dissapears.
Any idea?
