[Solved]FloppyDTV / FireDTV won't work after Win 10 upgrade

Dear All
I had to struggle a bit, as Degital Everywhere cards won't work anymore after an upgrade to Windows 10.

I created this separate thread, as otherwise affected users wouldn't probably find the description.
