August DVB-T210 USB receiver, running on W7/32 SP1 PC. Argus 2.3.

Works OK if PC is booted with the receiver plugged in, but if hot plugged is not recognised until a reboot. Windows recognises it, but Argus does not detect it.

I imagine card enumeration is done when the services start up - have you tried just restarting the services instead of rebooting?

Yes, the card then gets detected. On the other hand USB peripherals are virtually always hot pluggable. It seems the module itself is.
