Tuner returned Card error Fatal error

Hi
I did have to force restart my windows 10 and now I can't Watch live or recording anything it just say
"Tuner returned Card error: Fatal"
It have work greate since I upgrade it to windows 10 so I don't think is that.
I have check the timeshifting and it is OK.
Everyting looks ok but I can't watch or recording anything.
I can see the channel with ProgDVB so the drivers and the TV-card is ok.
