Web Access and streaming

Post by Damstas » Thu Feb 12, 2015 5:22 pm

Does Web Access support streaming of live or recorded TV?
Latest mention I found was from 2013, where someone said that it was an upcoming feature.

No it doesn't, they tried to incorporate it in a plugin for media browser but was technically not possible to get it working correctly.

Main issue was transcoding the raw DVb-c stream

Hi Daniel

Depending on the version of Kodi you use, this is a known issue.
Please have a look at http://www.argus-tv.com/wiki/index.php? ... strictions
Try especially (if Kodi buffers already) to add the directory of the timeshift folders to your Kodi under ¨folders¨ or ¨files¨ (don´t know the correct naming in English Kodi).

It works fine through my home network, just not remotely. Is there any way to view channels over the internet?
