Deleted OTA guide channels... Help!

Hi everyone, any help on this would be much appreciated.
I accidentally deleted all of my OTA guide channels that my TV card grabs, in the 'Guide Channels' section of the scheduler console. Argus TV is still grabbing them as far as I'm aware, but they won't show up in the Guide Channels section. Anyone know a way of getting them back so I can use them for my EPG again?
