Hi All,

as we partly have quite a bit of time in between official releases, I create this thread, which:
  • Shall serve as a source for download of the most recent Tuning XML files' updates (always in post #1)
  • Shall give support to new users having trouble to get started with scanning
  • Works for all Argus / FTR versions (incl. 2.2.2 & 2.3 betas / RC's)
  • May be a container for posts with created / updated scanning list entries
Attached Version:
  • Added all changes after release of Argus 2.3
  • Base: latest official: Argus 2.3 Release (including all earlier changes)
Fallback Solution:
As there were many changes since the latest Argus 2.3 Release's satellites.xml (June 2014), I generated a new one. It is by far a smaller file size, therefore please find attached to this post the original one as a fallback solution (sorry, I can't test it) - I would be happy to get feedback for the future.

How to use:
  • Download from this post
  • Create a backup of the existing XML files
  • Copy the content of the ZIP archive to C:\ProgramData\ARGUS TV\Tuning (default)
  • Run ARGUS TV Recorder Console and select "Scan”

Thank you for sharing your created entry.

With kind regards – Christoph

Dear Chris0

Thanks for the input - this seems to be an update to the existing entry of KabelBW? Or an explicit new definition for a region within Baden-Württemberg?
Could you please shortly explain... didn't the existing entry work, wasn't it complete - have there been changes?

It's just for not destroying existing entries... thank you in advance - Chris21 :D

Hi Cykle,

thanks for the input. As these cables.xml information uses another symbol rate, I added it to the list.
Or does it REPLACE the scanning parameters with symbol rate 6952 completely?

Update and latest release note see post #1: viewtopic.php?p=25403#p25403

Kind regards - Christoph
