Kay, I'm really trying to help you (see my PMs), but don't make it appear like I am blocking you or something ;)

You can talk to ARGUS TV from any language and any system, and that includes .NET 3.5. You'll just have to do at least a little bit of work to make this happen of course :)

Should we consider this plugin basically abandoned? It doesnt seem like the dev is going to update it for 2.3+ or Win8.

1. i use Windows 7( not 8, 8.1 or 10) so is for me the last useable .net Framework 3.5 inside Windows MediaCenter
2. Microsoft dont update the their WindowsMediaCenter SDK so that devs can use .net 4.0 and higher inside Windows MediaCenter
3. i must all rebuild from the scratch the ArgusTv .net Api isnt more avaible
