Cables tuning XML generator/updater

Hello,
as scanning with ArgusTV cable brute force defaults does not give the best results, I wrote a simple AutoIT script which can take a TransEdit transponderlist file and outputs a Cables.xml file for ArgusTV.
Just call the executable with the transponder.ini filename as parameter.
