Hi Guys
As things are it looks like everyone is looking to replace windows media center (end of life/Microsoft trying to kill it!)
I'm a long term mediabrowser user
and with the new architecture being server>client i think we're almost there.
All it needs is a rock solid tv server.
(the current implementation is with serverWMC which is great but uses WMC obviously!!!)
There are currently clients in the apple, android, windows phone & windows markets aswell as a roku channel and (hopefully) Samsung & LG tv apps to come. It could create a lot of new users for argus and plug-ins can be paid which could monetize it as an incentive....
SOOO does anyone fancy making a plugin to implement argusTV as a backend for the new mediabrowser 3.
you can find out more about mediabrowser 3 at
http://www.mediabrowser3.com/
development is VERY active, i think personally in a few months they've surpassed what has taken xbmc years.. I haven't used plex so couldn't comment.
I'll get some screenshots up to try tempt someone soon!

Re: Mediabrowser 3 TV Plugin
I would love to see a Argus TV plugin for media browser!
Re: Mediabrowser 3 TV Plugin
I have been playing with mediabrowser and really like it. I am currently using media portal but if there was a good live tv integration I would switch to mediabrowser.
Is there any plan to create a plugin for mediabrowser or to work with their team to build one?
Thanks
Bob

I also feel a MediaBrowser interface for Argus TV would be beneficial for both projects. The strong solid foundations of MediaBrowser 3 combined with Argus Tv's reliable live tv streaming and recording framework.

Mediabrowser 3 TV Plugin
So, have you written a 2-part plugin... one part that plugs into WMP and another for Smartie?
Sounds interesting.
