Symptoms
A card will not begin a live stream or recording if it has recently been used.
This error relates to you if any of the following is true
- Stopping a live TV channel and trying to restart it will result in a tuning error.
- Recording two consecutive shows on the same channel, will result in the second recording failing.
- Tuning fails and the log references "Indeo® Decoders". For example:
Failed to submit tune request, error 0x00000001: The file %2 could not be processed by the application %1 because it requires Indeo® Decoders of type %3
Solution
In some cases users have had success checking the option "Reset when card is idle", in the Advanced Settings for the card.
