Second tuning fails

Symptoms

A card will not begin a live stream or recording if it has recently been used.

This error relates to you if either of the following is true

Stopping a live TV channel and trying to restart it will result in a tuning error.
Recording two consecutive shows on the same channel, will result in the second recording failing.

In some cases users have had success checking the option "Reset when card is idle", in the Advanced Settings for the card.
